Shipping method:  We uses China Post(Air mail/Air parcel/Epacket/EMS/SAL), 4PX, SGEMS for most items and UPS/DHL/FEDEX for Valuable items.


Tracking/Delivery Confirmation number:   We will update by our shipping system of the shipping info as soon as it becomes available, you may also log into your account for order status. 

International Customers - Please Note:

· Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility

· Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying

· These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up ? do not confuse them for additional shipping charge

· We reserved the rights to restrict shipping to any other locations not mentioned

· Restriction: Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, we reserved the rights to cancel such order even if it can by pass our checkout system

Delivery Time:

During peak Holidays season such as Christmas and New Year, you may experience extremely slower delivery time due to higher mail volume.  If it is a gift item, we highly recommend you to order at least 1-2 months in advance
