Huizhou AGFRC Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. is established in 2009, which is a high-tech enterprise owning more than 1200 square meters dust-free electronic manufacturing workshop, professional electronic R&D lab, Yamaha SMT lines, high-precision Brother CNC machines and Imported FANUC injection machine. Our technical team comes from Taiwan GWS and Guangdong Audi Toy, both are famous branded enterprises in RC industry. We have strong R&D ability and confidence to provide professional OEM/ODM RC solution for all clients.

During 2009 to 2017, we mainly custom products for some domestic factories and brands as a processing factory. Since April 2017, while undertaking OEM, we also develop our own brand AGFRC, and start to expand our brand product line. Until now, AGFRC has been focus on all series of RC servos, speed controllers(ESC), receiver modules and rc car gyros, supplying high quality RC products and RC solutions for many domestic and abroad famous brands. All the products are certified with CE, ROHS, FCC. We are attracting more talents to join us for diversified development in RC control area, including high-frequency circuit, structure and software design, aim to achieve industrial-leading level in the field of model control or even other applications.

1. How to become your distributor?

• Please email “shipping@agfrc.com” with your company info, contact info and shipping address. You will get an reply within 24 hours. Non-working days will reply within 48 hours.

2. What kind of control signal for AGFRC brand servos?

3. Are you a manufacture?

• Sure. Since 2009, AGFRC has been focus on all series of RC servos, speed controllers(ESC), receiver modules and car gyros, supplying high quality RC products and RC solutions for many domestic and abroad famous brands.

4. What does Smart Servo means?

• The Smart Servo is the great product which has two application -Winch Servo and Regular Servo. It is available to change the firmware via USB programmer for different usage as request, very flexible and easy.  (Specially for Smart Servo.)

5. What should I do if my servo do not work?

• Are you still confused about your broken servo, don't you know what to do? Come and get this servo inspection guide please.

  We are provide lifetime paid maintenance service for all our products. When you have product issue, please process as below instruction: 

  Situation 1: the product has been used with installation

  ① Please provide videos and pictures to AGFRC support team first, if we can judge or find out the issue and found it is product quality issue, we will send the replacement or exchange for the new one.

  (Note: Please ensure well protect for every product to avoid any damage for the appearance. It will have extra charge if appearance damaged.)

  
  

  ② Please provide relative videos and pictures to AGFRC support team first, if we can not judge or find out the issue, it need to send it back to our factory to inspect, and then we can go ahead for the next step. We will provide the relevant inspection report and keep you informed.

  (Note: Please ensure well protected for every product to avoid any damage for the appearance. We will take the photo to record once received the parcel. When the product send back to the factory for maintenance, we will mainly inspect the product's function, and will not exchange the product case. If needed, there will be extra cost.)

  
  

  Situation 2: the product is brand-new without installation.

  If find the product issue once received the goods within one week, please provide relative photos and videos. After confirmation, we will do product refund or exchange, if any disassemble or change for the product privately, we will not take any responsibility, such as refund or exchange.

6. What products does AGFRC mainly supply?

• Different kinds of Servos, RC Gyros, ESCs, 2.4Ghz Receivers, all kinds of CNC Parts, PCBs and etc.

7. What is the lead time for the orders?

• Stock Order: within 7 workdays; Production order: 25-45 days depend on the order quantity.

8. Does OEM and ODM requires minimum order quantity?

• If only OEM rebrand logo, the minimum order quantity is 100pcs per item.

  If want to do your own color and design, the minimum order quantity is at least 500pcs per item.

  Regarding the oDM products, it will depend on requirements, anf it is notmally start with 500pcs per item.

9. What dose magnetic Waterproof IP67 level means?

• If use in normal condition, it can be splash-proof, water-proof and dust-proof. The functions of splash-proof, water-proof and dust-proof are not permanent, its protecting function will be declined by wear and tear.

  The IP67 waterproof servo can be used within 1 meter depth water at 30 minutes. Important notes, please blow dry the servo after it is used inside of water.

  
  

  Remark:

  The working condition of IP67 waterproof level :

  1) No flowing water, water depth less than or equal to 1 meter;

  2) Experimental time: within 30 minutes; 

  3) The temperature difference between the water and the product shall less than 5℃.

10. Does serco support Sanwa SSR?

• Yes, AGFRC servo support Sanwa SSR and Futaba SR, you can choose it on our programming software.
