AGF Return Policy
By purchasing our products, you have agreed to our terms of service. If you have any problem with your order, please contact us for help before leaving negative/neutral feedback. We will do our best to help you within the limit of our policies. Before making your purchase, please take some time to review and understand our store policies below.
We appreciates your business and is committed to provide quality products and services. If you have any problem with our products, we will do whatever we can to help and work something out for you. If a product is defective upon arrival, please Message/email us immediately and we will work out a solution for you.
· Always contact us before you attempt to return any products, products returned without prior approval will be refused
· All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and must meet return policies outlined below
· All returns must be completed with all original/retail packaging including all accompanied accessories
Conditions of Refund:
· Products must be unopened and unused. No exception!
· The original shipping and return costs will not be refunded under any circumstances
· we don't return or refund items that customers don't know how to operate due to personal lack of rc hobby experience.
Conditions of Replacement:
· Due to the nature of RC Hobbies, we don't accept return on opened/used/damaged products
· Under very rare circumstances, if your product arrived damaged, contact us immediately assistance, do not wait!
· If possible, supporting photos of damaged product/shipping box will help us determine the best solution for you
We will not accept returns for:
· Orders lost or damaged sent through USPS uninsured.
· Products with cosmetic damages and malfunction (but not limited to) from crashing, improper usage/handling/installation/assembly/disassembly/etc
· Minor cosmetic imperfection of craftsmanship from manufacturer
· Sometime manufacturer updated their product design or packaging, this usually go on without advance notification, we will not accept returns on products that carries these changes but has the exact same function/specs
· Products marked with "no return or clearance" stated under "description"; usually used, opened, specialty, or customized products
· Partial return on a product that is bundled with another product or kit
Return shipping cost will be paid by: Customer *including defective/DOA products
*Exception: if we sent you the wrong products, we will be happy to reimburse your return shipping cost and ship you the right one without any additional charges.
Replacement shipping cost will be paid by: Seller
*Exception: Excludes wrong products ordered by customer. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs incur for packages that are "returned to sender" due to incorrect/undeliverable/etc. address.
Return processing time:
You should expect to receive your replacement/exchange/store credit within 3-5 weeks of giving your return package to the shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (15 to 20 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (10 to 15 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days)
